Product Introduction:
PP Anti-corrosion Vacuum Belt Filter, it’s structure will be coated by PP to resist corrosion.Beside that, the air-liquid seaparator will also adopts PP. In this way, it gives this solid-liquid separation equipment anti-corrosion properties. It is suitable for handling corrosive materials in chemicals, and corrosive wastewater.
Working Principle:
Corrosive slurries such as acids, alkalis, and salts are evenly distributed onto a forward-moving filter cloth via an infeed device. Under the suction of a vacuum pump, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and the filter belt's pores into a vacuum chamber, and then flows into a filtrate tank through a connecting pipe at the bottom of the vacuum chamber. The solid phase is trapped on the filter cloth, forming a filter cake. Because gravity and vacuum suction are in the same direction, larger particles settle below the filter cake, while smaller particles settle above it, forming a well-structured filter aid layer with low resistance and high filtration speed. The formed filter cake moves with the conveyor belt and is washed and dewatered multiple times before detaching at the filter cloth's turning point. Subsequently, the filter cloth and conveyor belt are separated by a drive roller and regenerated by high-pressure water washing. After being adjusted by a correction device, the filter cloth returns to the feed end to begin a new operating cycle.
