1、 Working principle

The DZ belt filter press forms a continuous filter belt system by winding two endless filter belts around a series of staggered rollers. During operation, the suspension to be processed is evenly distributed onto a filter belt. As the filter belt moves, it passes through the gravity dehydration zone, wedge-shaped preloading zone, and pressing dehydration zone in sequence, ultimately achieving solid-liquid separation.

1. Gravity dehydration zone: The free water in the suspension naturally flows out under the action of gravity, initially reducing the water content.

2. Wedge preloading zone: By gradually reducing the gap, apply slight pressure to the material to further remove some moisture.

3. Squeezing and Dehydration Zone: Utilizing the strong pressure of the squeezing roller, the residual moisture in the filter cake is squeezed out to form a drier filter cake.
